1. Confirmation of the mandate

By accepting these general terms and conditions, the customer grants Büro-Spitex AG (always the bodies and employees, hereinafter referred to as “Büro-Spitex”) a mandate to advise on legal precaution. This mandate includes an advisory meeting as well as the preparation of a mandate in case of incapacity.

The customer undertakes to pay the costs communicated on the website.

The costs are due in full as soon as the meeting takes place, irrespective of whether or not the customer puts the advice into practice. The term of payment is 20 days from receipt of the invoice.

2. Cancellation

The meeting can be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours prior to the service. After this time, Büro-Spitex will charge a compensation of CHF 150.

3. Data and data protection

The customer undertakes to provide Büro-Spitex with complete and correct information. Büro-Spitex will neither check the completeness nor the correctness of the information. Büro-Spitex will use this information exclusively for the preparation of the desired documents and will not pass on this data to third parties without the prior consent of the customer. All confidentiality obligations according to the data protection law will be applied.

4. Involvement of third parties

In certain cases, especially when a document has to be authenticated, Büro-Spitex is entitled to use third parties. These third parties (e.g. notaries) are subject to the confidentiality obligations of data protection. Additional costs for the customer will be discussed with the customer in advance.

5. Legal and regulatory provisions

The customer is responsible for compliance with the regulations applicable to him in Switzerland and abroad.

6. Amendments to these GTCs

The customer accepts that Büro-Spitex can unilaterally amend these GTC at any time and in a way that is binding for him. Büro-Spitex will duly communicate the valid GTC and the customer can obtain them from Büro-Spitex at any time.
